Placing Your Order

All orders must be submitted to RMC Publications via Purchase Order, through either email or fax.  All Purchase Orders should include the following information:

• Company Name and Address
• Order Contact Person
• Date of Order
• ISBN Number(s)
• Title(s)
• Quantity Needed for Each Title
• Date Needed By
• Preferred Shipping Method (see below for options)
• Ship To Location

 

Orders of less than 100 pieces total will be shipped within one (1) business day.  Orders exceeding 100 pieces will be shipped within three (3) business days.  Upon shipping your order, a representative from RMC Publications will contact you directly to confirm the shipment and tracking information.

Note: If you are planning to place an order for one or more RMC titles and are not ordering on behalf of a distributor, reseller or bookstore, you must place your order through RMC Project Management—RMC Publications’ exclusive distributor.

Discount Structure

Please contact RMC Publications directly using the contact information below for the most current volume discount pricing schedule.  Note that prior to being assigned a discount schedule, you will also need to set up a reseller account with RMC Publications. 

Methods of Payment

RMC Publications accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or check payments.  We also accept purchase orders on Net 30 Terms with prior approval.

Shipping Options and Terms

RMC Publications ships with UPS ONLY.  For domestic (US-based) shipping, the options are 1-Day, 2-Day and Ground.  For International (non US-based) orders, the options are either Express or Expedited.  Please clearly indicate your desired shipping method on your Purchase Order.  All orders will be shipped FOB Origin, Prepay Freight and Add—meaning the seller pays all freight charges and recharges the buyer, the buyer owns the goods in transit, and the buyer is responsible for filing any claims for product damage.

Return Policy

Any products damaged prior to arrival at the Customer warehouse may be returned for 100% credit within 30 days of delivery.  Damaged product returned after 30 days will not be accepted.  Non-damaged products cannot be returned for any reason, unless your existing Reseller Agreement with RMC Publications states otherwise.
